Many objects are marked as 'unused members'

VS 2013
Ninject 3.2.2.0

I've reinstalled/uninstalled three times with cache clearing inbetween in order to test this. Once Agent Mulder is properly working, most members and parameters are being marked as 'Unused Members' and grayed out by R#. Uninstalling Agent Mulder and restarting VS returns R# to its correct analysis, where only actual unused members are being marked as unused.

What additional information should be provided in order to assist with finding the cause of this issue?
