I was using an iphone 11 with the app tracking and it worked flawlessly for years.
I updated my phone to a 17 pro and moved everything over, installed the latest (2026.4.0) app and logged in and now every so often, every entity on the phone goes unavailable and immediately (within the same timestamp) goes back to normal data.
This triggers all my device tracking automations and making my life miserable.
Seems random and can happen 10 times in 10 minutes or go 6 hours straight without 1.
I've gone through removed the device out of the companion app integration, deleted the app on the phone, redownloaded and logged in fresh, and it found my device in the integration again just fine.
I have all the power settings as normal, no power savings or adaptive power, background refresh on. everything i can find but there has to be something im missing.
wife has a 17 and we did this same procedure for her and have 0 issues but hers is normal 17, not a pro if that matters.
