iOS device model, version and app version
Model Name: iPad 5th Generation
Software Version: IOS 16.7.15
App version: 2026.4.1
HA OS: 17.2
Describe the bug
I have an issue with the IOS client reporting External Access Enabled when using the IOS App. When checking under settings, I see this as a subnote to the network link.
What I've found is if I use the account setup when I performed the initial setup this shows as Disabled, however if I add a user to HA and then login with that user it shows as Remote Access Enabled. Logging out and logging back in with the initial setup user returns the Remote Access to disabled.
Please can you advise if this is expected behaviour and is there a way to stop it doing this as I want to use a Read-Only user for Tablets and wanted to create a dedicated Administration account so I never use the account first setup and leave this in case I break the other accounts.
