Retrieve Contacts using user ID instead of email

Loops supports retrieving a Contact via user ID or email: https://loops.so/docs/api-reference/find-contact

It would be nice if this was available in the library so we could fetch a Contact via user ID and not just email.

I will create a PR for this.
