feedback on new MapCampaigner

A few issues I noted when trying now. I can split into multiple tickets if helpful.

• not possible to edit after project creation
• should indicate that data is updating in bg rather than displaying nada after creation
• confusing to have interactive map on AOI display, when it takes seperate button to go into AOI create mode
• the distinction between the features to monitor, and the tags to track, are a confusing in the form
