"WARNING: TupleDesc reference leak" in PostgreSQL when submission.create or submission.update webhooks are activated

Describe the bug
When any of those two webhooks are activated through their corresponding actions, PostgreSQL logs shows a warning.

This is the warning for submission.update

And this for submission.create

To Reproduce

1. Create or review a submission.
2. See ODK PostgreSQL logs.

Expected behavior
This warning should not appear
