"WARNING: TupleDesc reference leak" in PostgreSQL when submission.create or submission.update webhooks are activated #18

Describe the bug
When any of those two webhooks are activated through their corresponding actions, PostgreSQL logs shows a warning.

This is the warning for submission.update

2025-12-19 11:57:19.247 UTC [77309] WARNING:  TupleDesc reference leak: TupleDesc 0x7fb0c6cc03d8 (50587,-1) still referenced
2025-12-19 11:57:19.247 UTC [77309] CONTEXT:  PL/pgSQL function new_audit_log() line 4 during statement block exit

And this for submission.create

2025-12-19 12:01:05.335 UTC [77424] WARNING:  TupleDesc reference leak: TupleDesc 0x7fb0c6ccfa78 (50587,-1) still referenced
2025-12-19 12:01:05.335 UTC [77424] CONTEXT:  PL/pgSQL function new_audit_log() line 4 during statement block exit

To Reproduce

  1. Create or review a submission.
  2. See ODK PostgreSQL logs.

Expected behavior
This warning should not appear
