DimPlot2 Data Cutoff and ScaleBar labels/breaks

Hi.

I tried to look, but I do not see a way to modify the data cutoff, like min.cutoff or max.cutoff, as in the native FeaturePlot.

In addition, is there a way to modify the scale labels or breaks, like in the native scale functions of ggplot2?

Hi @danhtruong,

Thanks for raising these points. I've implemented col.min and col.max parameters for DimPlot2() to address the data cutoff feature. Now you can clip extreme values just like in FeaturePlot:

DimPlot2(pbmc, features = "CD14", col.min = 0, col.max = 2)

Regarding scale labels/breaks modification: This is more complex than it appears. Current workarounds:

• Set combine = FALSE to get a list of ggplot objects, then manually modify each:

  plots <- DimPlot2(pbmc, features = "CD14", combine = FALSE)
  plots[[1]] + scale_color_viridis_c(breaks = c(0, 1, 2, 3))
