I was just digging through pubsub code (which is pretty tiny) and was bouncing between the 2 real files (We could probably collapse into just one) and wasn’t sure if thin was correct anymore

if it is puma, we may want to put a puma config here too. Again, the goal is to just be clear about what systems are using what

it seems that thin and puma have different configurations. Might be worth double checking that all is well

Its such a small code base seems like we could ‘clean it up’ pretty quickly and be done with it.

I doubt pubsub has any perf issues that we could really tune but any tuning option we can would be nice
