Unable to create new board

If an organization has third party restrictions present, the board create fails infinitely:

The create_board (https://github.com/huboard/huboard-web/blob/master/lib/bridge/github/board.rb#L89) method will fail silently as it attempts to create the labels, and redirects back the the board/create prompt
