this model is labelled as a 6N138 but it is ACTUALLY a model for a 6N137, which is a totally different part, and will NOT simulate the same.

Could you please update the part names to be correct? Thanks. I'm looking for a proper 6N138 spice model, and keep getting links to this one, even though it's incorrect.
