Request for details of compute set-up

Hi,

I was hoping you could provide details as to how you set up your environment to run the tutorials provided in this tutorial, as I see you are loading modules. I do not have access to the compute environment you are using but would love to run the workflow, particularly the GA-workshop but also the giraffe-deepvariant.

Could you provide details of software and dependencies?
