OTLP/HTTP port

Hiya, https://humanlog.io/docs/integrations/opentelemetry talks about experimental OTLP/HTTP port on http://localhost:4318/ .
However I have installed github.com/humanlogio/humanlog/cmd/humanlog@master (and @0.8.9) , but I see
% humanlog config show | jq '.runtime.experimental_features.serve_localhost.otlp' returns null

👋 hi @jayvdb can you try installing with this command?

curl -sSL "https://humanlog.io/install.sh" | bash

In case you installed with go get, we don't support this installation method.
