Prometheus Error 404

metrics are exposed with /metrics when i browse to serverip:9015/metrics , evening curl http://localhost:9015/metric is working, however grafana still gives error 404 "HTTP Error Not Found" error for Prometheus data-source.
how did you manage to add that to Grafana

You need to up Prometheus dedicated server. Then connect Grafana to this dedicated Prometheus.
