Feature Request: Keyboard shortcut configuration

Two things:

• User should be able to config the start up key, set it to something other than right cmd key.
• Should be able to assign a different alias for each application
• Also, the skip and add function did not have any shortcut key yet

Oh, that's 3 things already.
