Hi @hyattpd,
I recently came across your paper and found it very insightful. I noticed that you used a curated set of prokaryotic genomes to benchmark Prodigal, including datasets referenced from ProTISA.
Since the ProTISA database is no longer accessible—a recurring challenge in bioinformatics reproducibility—I was wondering if you could kindly share those sequences, if you still have them, or point me to an alternative source where I might obtain them.
Your help would be greatly appreciated. I’ve been searching for these datasets for quite some time without success.
Thank you in advance!
