Inquiry on gene intergrity

Hi

I would like to ask what gene integrity stands for ?

00 = a complete gene with both start and stop codon
01 = a partial gene truncated at 3' end
10 = a partial gene truncated at 5' end
11 = a partial gene truncated at both ends

Is this right interpretation?
