In a group's Moderation tab, show pre-mod status and Group type

This issue must be completed before we address: #1696

The problem
Once group Moderators can no longer access the group's Settings Page, they won't be able to view whether pre-mod is turned on in a group, and whether the group is still private or not.

Making these settings visible where Moderators are most frequently working will help them direct their workflows, remain aware of group policy changes, etc.

Potential solution
We should add a small information dashboard (mocks TBD) to the Moderation tab (the URL most Moderators will go to when working) showing highly-needed group info. At this time that means making the Group type and pre-mod status visible on the Moderation tab.
