제가 kochat으로 민원 서비스 챗봇 모델을 만들어보려고 하는데 혹시 데이터셋은 무조건 csv파일로만 들어가나요?

그리고 혹시 사전학습 모델(ex, BERT)을 입혀서 학습할 수 있을까요??
