Include security tools and checks

Here's a seed idea, and small task that could be done by those that are interested.

I just got a print warning from kaggle that read:

Warning: Your Kaggle API key is readable by other users on this system! To fix this, you can run 'chmod 600 ~/.kaggle/kaggle.json)'

That's nice of them!

Let's be nice to our users too, and enable the possibility of letting them know when their secrets aren't so secret.
Not sure if this should be done by default, but at least include an option, or a decorator, to enable this check (here, checking on a file's permissions and notifying the user if not *00).

What else (this is the purpose of the discussion)?

What other security tools can we gather here in config2py (only builtin tools, or if third-party, then make optional)?

For example, we could have a decorator that will help stores use crypto hashing, on write (dol.wrap_kvs(..., data_of_obj=hash_func)), to be used in password stores.
Could include salting there as well.
