In functions/methods having variadic keywords, may want to make all other arguments position only.

This is not always the case, but consider the problem described in issue.

That can show up in many places -- which is one (of several) arguments for using a single dictionary argument instead of a variadic (though variadics do result in a pleasing interface).

One case to mention because it will require some testing before making the change: call_forgivingly.
I included the TODO comment:
