Need to determine metrics for mortality classification.

So what is the first thing required to do this?
We'll need to get the data into a format where we can run analytics, so a CSV style format, perhaps?

Another choice is Weka's format, .arff. This will let us use Weka to run some basic algorithms on it and create some crude visualizations.

CSV may work. I planned on dumping everything into an SQLite database, because it seems to speed things up in terms of querying. Though that's a non-problem if we can store all of the data in RAM.
