change max scale limit

i want to change the max limit of the box so instead of 64x64x64 i can go 128x128x128 to make some amazing creation if that can be possible. and can we make command blocks have the ability to be a wrappable block? it works fine when u unwrap the miniscaled box? and would it be possible to make it possible to use the scale box inside of the scale box?
