Wrap in LLM Skill

While I see there's an MCP server being proposed for developer APIs, we could get a quick win by wrapping this CLI in an LLM skill. Skills are now widely adopted, not just an anthropic/claude concept.

"Create me an iTwin and iModel named "Test Factory" using the design files in this folder"

That's just one workflow.

Was working with Neon (hosted postgres) over the weekend. They do something similar and it's a great onboarding and development experience.

@jdehorty thoughts? Again, this could be something we do in a day. QA it, get in front of volunteer users. MCP would probably be a stronger contract, but it seems like that's going to take a while to develop.

I think this makes sense. It should be very easy to put together. Perhaps use this threejs skills repo as inspiration for an examples-based skill. I think that would align very well with teaching the LLM how to use the CLI.
