Error: Request failed with status code 404

So the extension worked well until I upgraded to a new laptop (copied over all VSCode)

All other extensions work fine, the settings.json has correct settings as per the requirement, but clicking on the "+" to create a connection throws the below error in few seconds:

"Error: Request failed with status code 404"

Current version is v0.1.6

Wondering what is not found here.
