UI Refinements/Enhancements for Dashboard

This issue tracks the items identified for enhancement/refinement during review of #6. Once we have a better sense of how the UI works as a whole, we intend to improve the following:

• Use a standard table component with pagination, sorting, etc. Add error logging ui #6 (comment)
