Write scripts for ingestion automation

Once the afterpulse calibrations (#2 ) have been sorted, I would like to automate the process of ingesting the .mpl data files. For this I will:

• Create a /jasmin_scripts subdirectory
• Write the script to ingest a single day's worth of data utilising the mplgz_to_ingested package. It should be able to determine the most recent afterpulse file and apply it.
• Make it so this script can be ran from the command line.
• Write python script to batch jobs for each day to ingest data on jasmin.
