Ingesting awkward days #5
Description
Some data either has overlapping timestamps (xarray isn't a fan) or are calibration days (not all the data has the right dimensions). I need to:
- Write a script to determine if a day has calibration files, and if so, remove the calibration file from the data.
- If the ingestion fails because of a repeated time stamp, resolve the issue by preferentially picking one data point over another.
