Correction needs in documentation of SScatchFraction

In the xlsx, under SScatchFraction, it reads

Note: If upper All, than both Lan and Dis rows must be declared.

This should be corrected to

Note: If upper All, if either 'Lan' and 'Dis' rows are not declared it/they will be assumed to be 0.
