Standardize filenames of downloads, add info on their content

for convenience and TAF use it would be good that filenames of RDBES downloads are standardized and some info on selected parameters included in them. Below an example. First file is CS data, but that is not explicit - make it should start with HCS_*?

Also, it would be good that the zips themselves would also contain a txt file with type of data (CS, CL, CE) and any parameters used in the call (which years, areas, species, date and time of extraction, and perhaps also method of download - API/webInterface).
