New code ReasonForNotSampling ( SAnoSampReasonFM, SAnoSampReasonBV)

For variables SAnoSampReasonFM and SAnoSampReasonBV, which use the (ReasonForNotSampling //vocab.ices.dk/?ref=1641) vocabulary, we noticed that one situation is missing from the available codes.

Example:
During onshore sampling (‘Ind’- landing category), fish are sometimes in very poor condition. Because of that, it is not possible to take biological measurements. In these cases, the experts decides not to sample. We expected to find a code in the vocabulary that describes “poor fish quality” or something similar. But the current options look more like codes used for electronic monitoring, not for visual expert judgement.
Would it be possible to add a new code that covers cases where sampling cannot be done due to poor fish quality?

It would help us describe this situation more accurately.
