Goal

Reach an operationally mature infrastructure baseline for the core repository.

Scope

• add Grafana and Prometheus friendly observability paths
• strengthen telemetry, SLO, and operational diagnostics
• prepare deployment and scaling expectations for higher maturity stages
• keep infrastructure work aligned with repository boundaries

Done When

• core emits production-grade operational signals
• infrastructure expectations are encoded in deployment and monitoring workflows
• support and operations have dedicated observability surfaces
