Goal
Harden storage beyond the initial bootstrap layer.
Scope
- refine schemas for usage, limits, subscriptions, and future history
- add migration discipline and schema versioning workflow
- harden retention, query, and performance characteristics
- keep storage isolated behind repository or service boundaries
Done When
- storage schema supports roadmap capabilities without breaking contracts
- migrations remain safe and reproducible
- storage performance and integrity checks are part of the baseline
