Description
Goal
Ship the first desktop-facing user experience in the UI repository.
Scope
- bootstrap the Rust and Tauri application structure
- implement tray entrypoint and status summary surface
- connect to local and remote core modes through existing contracts
- show usage, limits, and reset summary without embedding business rules
Done When
- a user can launch the tray app and connect it to core
- tray UX renders contract data correctly
- local and remote connection flows are explicit and testable
