Goal

Deliver the desktop responsibilities required for the first public MVP.

Scope

• refine tray UX for everyday usage
• improve summary rendering for providers, limits, and resets
• harden connect, reconnect, and failure states
• support MVP provider set through existing contracts

Done When

• tray UI is stable enough for daily use
• core data is readable without extra debugging context
• desktop MVP can be demonstrated as a coherent product surface
