🛡️ Integrate Better Auth with ICSSC Auth

Integrate our current Better Auth implementation with the [ICSSC unified auth](https://github.com/icssc/auth).

- May or may not need Google and Better Auth API keys
- Update `client.ts` in the [ICSSC Auth repo](https://github.com/icssc/auth) with our dev and prod domains
