Over-dragging/Mouse-Up not Registered on Calendar and Availability Components #222

Summary
Over-dragging interactions are not registered for body components (e.g., calendar.tsx, personal-availability.tsx). When the mouse is held down to select values on such components, data while dragging beyond its borders will be paused, including mouse position and mouse-up, until dragged back into the component, where it will resume the preexisting state.
The goal is to continue to track the mouse information such that exceeding the component boundaries doesn't prohibit them from tracking mouse location/status and re-rendering to reflect active updates.
