Feature request - Add function to control NPN transistor to switch GPS module

Meshtastic Software has a nice function to switch on or off the connected GPS module with a NPN transistor. They can configure a PIN_GPS_EN and when tripple press the user button the NPN transistor toggles. This would be an improvement for battery powered devices like VisionMaster E290 or similar to save energy. For example, my E290 with connected BN-180 GPS will draw the 2000mAh battery over night to zero.

1. Tripple Press ist schon verwendet.
2. Bei manchen/vielen Modulen ist es sehr schwierig, noch einen freien GPIO zu finden.
3. Bei manchen Boards mit PMU kann GPS sowieso deaktiviert werden, als die Versorgung abgeschaltet werden; z.B. T-Beam T22_...
