Paging issue when switching tabs

If one clicks on a page in the Draft tab and then switch to the final tab, there is message "no results" .

Likely the system tries to access the same page in the Final tab, which might be non-existent

We have 10 templates per page by default. In case the number of templates is more than 10 the pagination appears. I've checked it by reducing the default number and it was shown on Finalized Tab as well.

upd: I hope I've found the bug: I had a wrong condition when the pagination appears (pageCount == 2 instead of 1).
Made a pull request.
