Saved image too small. How to zoom out?

Hi,

when I save the image by calling net.get_pdf(), only a small proportion is on the visible page. I had to go to Cytoscape and click the tool "Zoom out to display all of current network" manually for all pathways one by one as a workaround. However, is there a way to make a call for the tool by python script so that this can be done automatically?
