Workflow for old subdir

Sometimes you want to move a file to old, renaming it, and then move the new file from /unprocessed in its place. This is a bunch of button-pushing.

(Automating it is going to be ugly, though. Maybe more work than it's worth.)

At a minimum, show a "move to /old" option when moving a file. (If there is an old subdir.)
