Not obvious that putting <a> into your profile puts it under review

I've already covered this issue in this Intfiction thread, but I'm filing this issue for documentation purposes.

I suggested several solutions to this, but the simplest one is to put a message on the “edit profile” page, saying that if you put an hyperlink into your profile, your account will become “pending review" and you'll lose the ability to tag games or edit game pages, along with having your profile become hidden to others.

I've created a pull request for this already, but I'm creating this issue in case people want to talk about more the general feature and what could be done to enhance it on Github.
