Experimental Intel CPU Runtime support

could you please add support for current intel opencl cpu runtimes:

it works in other apps (ex. GPU Caps Viewer demos) but memtestCL seems to crash once i select the cpu platform, only igpu/dgpu options work.

I'm no longer actively working on this project, but I'm happy to review a PR to add this functionality of someone is interested.
