AWS Permissions Required

Can you document what permissions are required for the AWS user (apart from given them entire admin access)

Only the following permissions.

• DescribeInstances
• DescribeLoadBalancers
• GetMetricStatistics
• ListMetrics

These permissions includes "AmazonEC2ReadOnlyAccess" policy.
