Simplify UI and config #92
Description
Once #91 is merged synth volume as well as fade in and out will become obsolete. Only if passing a fixed duration is a fade out necessary. But the duration feature seems also somewhat unnecessary to me now. By removing fade in and fade out and duration the entire config file will become unnecessary as the only config option left will be sample rate. This change will greatly simplify the interface and the implementation of the UI.
