Critical Issues: 'Check Now' Button, Quantity Background, and Submit Button Orientation

There are a few issues with the website that need to be addressed:

1. Check Now Button Not Working -->
   The "Check Now" button on the website is not functioning properly.
2. Quantity Background Issue -->
   When I hover over the quantity of items added to the cart, the background becomes so obscured that the text becomes invisible.
3. Submit Button Orientation -->
   The "Submit" button is not properly oriented.
