html mail

Hi, sorry for spamming issues.

How can I open html-email? Some people/mail composers are too stupid to give a text/plain version, which renders an emty e-mail.

On some mail, I get things like

Error detected while processing function <SNR>17_search_show_thread..<SNR>17_show:
line    4:
Errno::ENOENT: No such file or directory - elinks

when opening one.

I tried hitting enter on the Part 1: text/html line, but that gives

Error detected while processing function <SNR>17_show_view_magic:
line    6:
NoMethodError: undefined method `mail' for nil:NilClass

I installed elinks and the mail just opened and the enter on the Part 1: text/html worked too.

I will add this to the documentation and open a pull request.

(I'll leave this open until I have done the docs, as a reminder for myself)
