No fold available because of current foldmethod

Hey,

first of all, thanks for putting this together, I was finding myself writing ugly wrapper scripts for e.g. saving sent mails and then found this, what gave me some more goodies on top of it.

Now to my issue: I use foldmethod=indent in my .vimrc and therefore folding the headers doesn't work (I get an error because it's not possible to define manual folds with this foldmethod).

I worked around that by adding this: http://vim.wikia.com/wiki/Folding#Indent_folding_with_manual_folds

But I think this should at least be somewhere in the documentation, although the best solution IMO would be to just set the foldmethod to manual for notmuch buffers. I don't know whether this is possible, though, because I've never even looked at the source of vim plugins ;)
