Cursor position on reply

Hi there, 

I am dipping my toes into the notmuc-vim waters after years of mutting, and things look very interesting indeed! However, there is one possible showstopper: when replying to an email I would like the cursor to be positioned _above_ the quoted text, and I haven't found any options that allow me to do so out of the box. Is this implemented somewhere?
