Docs say MvcRoutingShim is required for MVC Apps, but it's not #222
Description
The docs needs an update i think. I've searched for hours to find out why that ominous plugin isn't shown in the diagnostics page. After cloning the github repo and searching through all files is see the following comment "You no longer need to install MvcRoutingShim and ImageResizer.Mvc.dll. ImageResizer is Routing compatible."
