Update dependency versions

This updates the following components:

* imglib2-realtransform -> 2.0.0-beta-38
* jitk-tps -> 3.0.0

This reduces the dependency tree such that mpicbg is no longer
inherited. This avoids a license conflict between BSD-2 (the intended
license for this component) and GPL (the license of mpicbg).
